Rubisco Farms was founded on a simple idea: milk should be better. Not different. Better. We grow microalgae in closed photobioreactors in Brisbane and turn it into real milk with nutrition comparable to dairy, without the environmental cost of traditional production.

We are not trying to imitate milk, and we are not making a niche health product. We make milk. It just happens to be made in a better way.

We also think good food should be affordable. Lower production costs are not just a business advantage. They are how we get better milk onto more tables, for more people, at a price that makes sense.

Is it safe? +
We are working through the FSANZ novel food pre-market assessment process. Safety, allergenicity, and full composition are rigorously tested before any product reaches market.
Is it vegan? +
Yes. No animals are involved at any stage of the Rubisco Farms production process.
Does it taste like milk? +
That's the goal. We're working toward the exact taste, texture, and mouthfeel of conventional dairy. Not a close enough version. The real thing.
Where is it made? +
Brisbane, Australia. Grown and processed entirely in-house in closed photobioreactor facilities.
